Online payments incur an additional charge of 3%. Please see the tables below.

These rates include lodging, 19 meals, and programming for the week. Rates apply to age of camper at the time of camp.
Final payments are due July 15, 2024.
Cancellation Policy for 2024
Due to the unexpected nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our cancellation policy to be as responsive as possible.
- If you cancel before July 1, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. After July 1, deposits are non-refundable. Final payment must be received by Friday, July 15th, 2024. After August 1st, refunds are conditional on filling your camp slot.
- If you cancel due to testing positive for COVID-19, after August 5, 2024, you will receive a refund less the minimum deposit of $100. Positive COVID-19 test results will be requested.
- If you test positive for COVID-19 at camp and have to leave, you will not receive a refund. VWC is responsible for all host fees for all campers on site. We are unable to refund registration costs for campers who may have to leave during the week.
- If VWC is canceled by the planning team, full refunds will be issued.
