VWC Covid Policy and protocols, 2024

Covid vaccinations are recommended, but proof of status is not required, to attend VWC Summer 2024.

All participants must take a self-supplied Covid test the day prior or morning of arrival. Refunds for camp are negotiable, depending upon test results

Bring N95 masks and several Covid tests for yourself and each family member for the week

When making travel arrangements, understand that if you test positive during camp you will be asked to leave

To Attend VWC 2024:

You agree to take a covid test within 24 hours prior to arrival at camp on August 24th, and come to camp only if negative.

You agree to test at least one time during the camp week, using the tests you brought for yourself and each family member

 Be prepared to wear an N95 mask during indoor activities, e.g. kitchen work, some paths/rituals/meetings

You agree to leave camp if you test positive for covid, or experience signs of illness

We ask for frequent and conscientious hand washing / sanitizer .

We don't anticipate changes to this policy, but check VWC website periodically for updates
