With our many voices, ready hands and open hearts, we enter the garden, ready to deeply listen, share, and work together to tend and build on our personal and collective resilience. Together, we celebrate the soul of nature through our joyful rituals of love, pleasure, and care.

Many voices across the realms make a conversation.  Many hands make light work.  Many beings make a community.  This year’s theme and story delve deeply into the myriad ways we learn, grow, share our stories, and celebrate our community.  Join us as we add to our magickal toolboxes, build relationships with other beings, plant the seeds, and build our garden temples for a brighter, more vital world.  We are the ones we have been waiting for. Once upon a time…..

This year we are considering having in-depth, week-long adult paths with special interest in magickal tools, skills for the wider world, and magick for the unknown future unfolding before us.  An Elements and/or Community Magick path would be well-aligned with this theme.  In addition to full week path offerings we are also seeking ‘Mini Paths’-shorter teaching offerings, 1, 2 or 3 days, to be offered during traditional path time.  

Ideas that have bubbled up in our various community cauldrons include (but are definitely not limited to!) street medicine, herbal healing, kitchen witchery, mask-making, sacred drama, magical activism, bardic skills, conflict resolution and tarot, to name but a few.  The possibilities are endless!  We are also seeking applications for youth and pixie paths.

Compensation will be determined based on the number of offerings selected and path lengths.

We are envisioning a Ritual Facilitation Team that possesses strong storytelling skills and a desire to bring joy, humor and connection to ritual, as our intention is for the path work of the day to be deep and intensive, while the all camp rituals hold the space for celebration of self and community.  We welcome individual as well as group applications for these roles.  There are opportunities for both experienced ritualists and for those interested in joining the RFT in an apprenticeship capacity. Would you be a willing mentor?  Do you dream of learning and practicing the art of ritual? There is space for all kinds of growth in the garden of possibility…

Other ways to be involved in service to our magickal community include priestxing the Temple of Love, organizing the raffle, or getting involved in other fundraising efforts, joining an ad hoc workgroup(site search, access needs, Covid), representing VWC at BIRCH (the Broader Intra Reclaiming Counsel of Hubs), co-creating the healing ritual at camp, being involved in the Magickal Faire, performing in the variety show, being a new camper buddy, and setting up and clearing out the Magickal Swap.  Please reach out to volunteer or with any questions or thoughts to info@vermontwitchcamp.net.
