These rates include lodging, 21 meals, and programming for the week. Rates apply to age of camper at the time of camp.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the unexpected nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted our cancellation policy to be as responsive as possible.

If you cancel before July 1, your deposit will be refunded, less a $40 handling fee. After July 1, deposits are non-refundable. Final payment must be received by Friday, Ju1y 15th, 2022. After August 1st, refunds are conditional on filling your camp slot.

If you cancel due to COVID-19 exposure or testing positive for COVID-19, within two weeks of the start of camp, you will receive a refund less your deposit. Positive COVID-19 test results will be requested.

If you feel sick/have symptoms/or test positive for COVID-19 at camp and have to leave, you will not receive a refund. VWC is responsible for all host fees for all campers on site. We are unable to refund registration costs for campers who may have to leave during the week.

If VWC is canceled by the planning team, full refunds will be issued.

I have physical needs that may require accommodations. Terrain at camp is very steep and not wheelchair accessible. Personal and support animals are not permitted. Let us know in the "Other comments" box below if you have mobility challenges, need for electricity for medical reasons, etc. We will work with you to make possible accommodations. For 2022, space in the special needs cabin is significantly reduced to allow for health distancing. Consider your request carefully and contact atcamp@vermontwitchcamp.net directly to discuss.

I will be applying for financial aid and/or work exchange. VWC provides some financial aid to any camper, 16 and up, who requests aid. Consider your financial needs carefully as our funds are limited. VWC has work exchange opportunities for campers 15+. Additionally—the VWC organizing team commits to greater economic justice for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and other People of Color, and those experiencing institutional discrimination due to gender, race, ethnicity, and/or disability. Vaccination Status *

I am medically exempt and unable to be vaccinated. I will provide a physician's note upon registration, as well as both PCR and antigen test results taken within 48-72 hours prior to camp.
